  • Mark, as I stated before, this issue was voted on by the people, and that's the way our system works here in America...by consensus. Civil Rights differ from Human rights, in that Civil Rights are defined as being granted by the nations in which we live.

  • Didn't Great Britain just enact a new law about this...get caught texting and driving, spend 2 nights in jail? Sounds like a good plan to me! That and a swift Foot in the rear, and we might get this whole mess sorted out...
